Joyeux Noël / Frohe Weihnachten / Buon Natale / Feliz Navidad / Vrolijk Kerstfeest

Merry Christmas (in late).

I'm thankful to that I should not have enough leisure time in end of this year. After giving unaccompanied solo violin recital at All Saints Anglican Cathedral of Tulsa, I spent my Christmas time in Brussels this year. Although each of them were too short to complete for me, all of them were important. At the same time of recent concerts with recent repertories, I also received some of another concerto choices (alias request ?) by M. Jack Price in Tulsa to be ready. Only one of them was real nouveauté for me and it will also be ready as I predicted him in Tulsa, however.

In Germany, I surprised that the Violin Masterclass by Professor Tomasz Tomaszewski had been Rostered on Blackmore's in this end of year, suddenly. However, it was also Rostered on the newest version of Masterclass Catalog for this Winter Time in Germany and Austria ! This Masterclass durated much shorter than other Masterclasses by Professor Tomaszewski (in January, June and July 2016). Although many muddled informations about recent musical situations (especially) in Hamburg also came to me, I chose this Violin Masterclass by Professor Tomaszewski and I had been registered there in the real last minutes before the first appointment at Blackmore's on 27 December 2016, as well as one of my biggest Christmas Presents in this year.

There, I brought Violin Concerto No. 1 and No. 2 by Niccolò Paganini as I always play and continue perfection, Chaconne by Tomaso Antonio Vitali (Charlier Vers. in order to work with piano accompaniment) and Violin Concerto No. 2 by Sergei Prokofiev, after working its First Movement with Professor Alexandre Brussilovsky at ASAI in the middle of this October. This time, I and Professor Tomaszewski decided to work together for the whole movements of Violin Concerto No. 2 by Prokofiev for the 4 days of the last Violin Masterclass in this year ;

Blackmore's International Music Academy / Violin Masterclass by Professor Tomasz Tomaszewski (27 - 30 December 2016, Blackmore's Berlins Musikzimmer, Berlin Germany)

Sergei Prokofiev : Violin Concerto in g minor No. 2 Op. 63 (whole movements)

Naoko Matsui, violin

Thanks to the nice accompaniments by Andrey for this time, we completed all of the Masterclass Lessons with accomaniments. The Masterclass was too short for the whole movements of Violin Concerto by Prokofiev because we were hyper concentrated on working for realizing this Concerto with all of advices by Professor Tomaszewski. All of artistic and technical advices by Professor Tomaszeweski were very clear, so that made the same Violin Concerto by Prokofiev very easy to play with more beautiful musical (expressive and tone) effects, immediately.

At online, I received many Ranking News during this end of year. Unbelievably, I became Global Rank #5 Artist in N1M Classical on 28 December 2016 and three of my concert recordings had been monopolized again (for the third time !) the top 3 in Top 100 N1M Charts "Classical in Germany". Here are the links to listen them and also watch the concert video vers. (after the results of this week and last week) ;
